Service Experience with Manager
Operation Manager Miguel Reynoso attempted to bully me over the phone about an error that was made by the dealership. I took my car to a new mechanic and found Harbor Hyundai completed a service halfway. Miguel was very combative, took things personally, and rude after bringing my car in several times for the same issue that was paid for. He ignored all my emails and never apologized for the error that occurred and my life put in danger.
