Unethical dealer fees
I used the Sam's Truecar site and found a used 21' Santa Fe at Harbor Hyundai that came back with an offer of $22,412 including taxes and fees. I wanted to make sure there were no extras, even though they are supposed to be disclosed on Sam's Truecar. I emailed the salesman what my offer from Truecar was, and asked if there were any dealer adds, clear coat, or protection packages. He emailed me back the following, "We do have dealer installed anti-theft, Permaplate Paint and Interior Protection, 3M door edge and door handle cup protective coverings and lifetime battery ($4496)." $4496 in dealer adds, and this is supposed to be a reputable dealer. I explained that Truecar doesn't show any of these bogus fees. This was his response, "I'll take your concern to our management team. If you do not see value in protecting a vehicle you would be purchasing, then I can understand, but none of the protections we offer are bogus, they are items that many of our clients see the value in protecting the vehicle and prevent theft loss." Are you kidding me with that garbage, $4496. If they were honest, wouldn't they offer these packages as optional. Of course not, they want to trick unaware car buyers, one of which could be your grandmother. Ask them to verify their cost on these add ons. Completely unethical, stay far, far away from this dealership.

on 1/1/2022 i took my car 2020 hyundai elandra in for a 4 wheel alignment, the service advisor was very unprofessional the words that came from him a jorge martinez sould racsist their charge 135 for alignment, and the tech eric murillo quotes on paer they preform alignment and multi point inspection i drop off car at 12,30pm and all that was said been done before 1pm i dont see how, seem they mess with something other than just doing alignment that cause other thing to actup and the alignment is still not repair i went their because it pull to the right and on my way home it still done the same thing, and the power door lock started makeing noises which it was not doing before they work on alignment, i call and still recieve racsist words i didnot go back

Exceptional Dealership
My service advisor Scott always remembers the issues I have experienced in the past. You don't feel like just another number. They also don't suggest unnecessary repairs and if repairs are suggested, he explains it completely. The urgency, what else might be effected by not preforming the repair based on length of time before doing the repair.
