After multiple appointments because Griffith didn’t have the parts, and charging me for work that my car did not need, with total payments of $2,500+. Not only the original problems were still not fixed, but my car was in worse shape.
I went to a third party and got both problems all fixed for $205, and it had nothing to do with the expensive repairs Griffith did or recommended.
This just shows, how incompetent and greedy Griffith repair is: even when you have an appointment, he does not source the parts until you and your car are waiting in his shop. He has no problem wasting your time and taking your money.
I will be reporting Griffith Auto to the Better Business Bureau with a formal complaint.
