I experienced them to be very helpful; and Staff didn't talk hyperbole when letting me know what my vehicle problem was-parts, cost to repair, ect., Repairs done were repairs I authorized. When additional issues were found that could garner dropping a replacement engine in vehicle, they knew where to find it; and already checked on costs, etc., All information was presented to me for further consideration. Griesbach is truly a family owned business, their customer service is excellent, mechanics are ASE certified; and they stand behind the work they do.
