Expecting to wait, I was surprised to get my car in for diagnostics and repair right away the next day…especially knowing it wasn’t going to be easy. After all, I had already been told by two other local businesses that they could not get my car to “cut out” as I stated was happening. Griesbach staff offered a loaner car without me even having to ask. I live so close, I did not need a car, but requested a ride home, which was immediately granted without question. I received communications throughout the process, with a thorough explanation of the problem(s). The repairs were itemized with choices from minimum to maximum needs with the freedom to do as I choose without judgment or influential pressure. I love the fact that text messages and phone calls were made with easy access to review the problems as well as making payment for the service. All in all, everybody there is well seasoned and knows their stuff. Excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to take part in their services.

My experience

It’s a smaller business home town feel which is nice . They are very professional and very knowledgeable. They do a great job and when you get back in your car you feel safe knowing they did just that !! I am a return customer.

Not your normal auto service provider.

Was looking for a new service provider for my and my family's auto needs. My uncle was using Griesbach and seemed happy so I thought I'd give them a chance for my business. I'm at a crossroads now of do I repair what i've got or purchase a new vehicle. Griesbach gave my truck an honest and thorough going over so I was able to make an informed decision. I like my truck and although it was in need of a pretty good amount of attention, I decided to have them make necessary repairs. In the end they saved me over $300 on the original estimate because they are not about getting every dime out of you. They are friendly, knowledgeable, competent , professional, and timely. I now have confidence again in my vehicle and feel they bought me a couple years of life on it. They have earned my business and I will be spreading the word.
