Extreme Rudeness of Service Manager - 0 Stars
Brought car to dealership at 6:40 am per instructions emailed to me. Gave key to technician. No service performed. Service Manager accused me of lying when I denied having told the technician that I was "returning a loaner" rather than bringing the car in for service.

Mr. Marcus,

You arranged your appointment by telephone and informed us that you would be dropping off the car the night before your service.  The email you were sent was a reminder and the time shown was our way of knowing you were dropping the keys into our drop box.  We do not open for service until 7 am.

Your son gave his keys to a technician who explained that we were not open yet.  My technician understood your son was returning a loaner and gave your keys to sales.  Until you called that evening around 5:30, we didn't even know your car was here. 

The situation was a miscommunication from the start and we were unable to work on your car until the next morning.  I apologize for our part of the miscommunication.
