Absolutely horrible
Look, honestly do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. If you read the other reviews it's very obvious they were written by a staff member or a service. I'm not gonna sit here and describe the lack of service or knowledge that they possess because it gets lost in the shuffle. But i assure you, you are better off just going somewheres else. The person I dealt with in service is not only unknowledgeable about the products they sell but also very defensive about the bad advice that they give. Very obvious the job did not come with any previous experience. An honest review.

Still the same great service!
My wife and I brought her Palisade in for servicing, and they were prompt, courteous and friendly. While there, I test drove a Hyundai Santa Cruz with Shelby Louisne. He was great, answered all of my questions, was very courteous and was not pushy at all, a really great man. Thank you, Shelby! I found the Santa Cruz to be a very nice truck, capable of meeting my towing and everyday needs. It was well appointed, drove well and seemed to have some get up and get out the way for a four cylinder. It would be great if they offered it with a six cylinder.

After my car keys were stolen, Mrs. Suzette was absolutely wonderful!! She was able to squeeze me in to get my new keys programmed.

Service made it quick and easy!
Spoke with Austin over the phone about purchasing a Highlander and then made the trip of 5 hours to pick it up. My trade in was done over the phone with pictures, and Austin had the vehicle clean and with a full tank once I arrived. Everything from finding the right vehicle, to financing with Donna was great! Would recommend!

Wish they were closer
We drove from the Houston area. 5 hours away. Austin and Donna were fantastic to deal with. We basically bought our 2023 Tucson over the phone. Their prices were what they said they were. No bait and switch here, we figured it up and we saved almost 10,000 by purchasing here. Well worth the drive, we'd do it again if needed. Great job y'all ?

Excellent
Bought a 2017 Jeep renegade. From day one the salesmen (Aaron) was very professional & on point to get me what I wanted & still could afford, unlike other dealers who just want to get you in something new to make the top dollar & but you in debt. Between Mr. Aaron,Mr. Byron, & Mrs. Suzette I was very pleased & comfortable with the whole experience of my purchase. Thanks to the whole crew. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle in the future with them. I gave 4 stars only because detail could have been a little better.

Engine replaced
We had 95k miles on a 2016 sonata and the engine locked up. Had no problem with getting the engine replaced under warranty. But when we got the car back the driver door had about a 6” scratch and the dealership said that they didn’t do that.

Called Mr. Clark and talked to him about the scratch we may have put on his car. We have already offered touch up paint and trying to buff out the scratch to make it look better. I offered to take a look at it myself and see if we could get our paint guy to even touch it up. Scheduled to come see me with it next week to try to help. Customer was happy to hear and will get his wife to bring it to me.
