Great people make a great dealership!

I was in the market for a new car after my transmission unexpectedly went out. My salesman Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Michael worked his behind off and got me an amazing rate that I was looking for. He worked hard for me and he’ll do the same for you. There was a small issue with the windshield washer sprayers I noticed right after receiving the vehicle so they brought me in and fixed the issue free of charge. There was an issue and they made it right. Great group of folks here that are really there to help you! I will absolutely recommend Greg Hubler for all your current and future car needs!

Wonderful Experience!

Such a wonderful experience at Hyundai Muncie from Jonathan and Josh.
Jonathan went over an beyond from the very beginning. I appreciated the video of the vehicle I was interested in and answered every question we had. It was over an hour drive for us and we would make it again for the great service!!

Rude

Stopped in after service was closed which was fine for salesman there ask me what I needed I told them all I was looking for was a screwed to hold the undercarriage piece up that had fell down the one who was nice told me I could go over to the oil part and see if they had one the other one who was rude so you don't need to go over there it ain't going to hurt it to drive it like it was which was flopping and flopping all the way to Muncie he said well come back when Services open on Monday I told him I lived in Winchester and I was not coming back over for that I would get my son-in-law to try to fix it I did go over to the oil part and they were very nice was going to hunt me a screw but told me I could put a zip tie on it which I had never thought of so I came home I will zip tie it but I will never be back to that dealership too rude

Go somewhere else! Nothing Hubler

The owner was a complete prick and I don’t normally call people out but when they look up peoples mycase info and speak on info that doesn’t concern them nor have anything to do with our vehicle! All because we asked for a discount and as if we weren’t going to pay the bill regardless, which in fact they kept our vehicle for 4 months, during that time never once called to ask if we wanted a loaner, nor did they call when our vehicle was actually done! Had to call multiple times thru the 4 months to even check on the status. Horrible service and I wouldn’t trust the owner himself he might look up your record on mycase. Which he probably does for everyone that walks in that door so beware, you might get talked about! And might be a reason you don’t get the car you want. Go somewhere else!

Great service team

Service advisors are great and easier to contact. Courtesy rides are great benefit. The dealership is nice and comfy with decent chairs, a nice Starbucks machine, and comfy restrooms.

Purchase 2022 Hyundai Elantra

Trevor and the entire staff at Greg Hubler were AWESOME to work with on the purchase of our new 2022 Hyundai Elantra. Because of the current market conditions, we purchased this vehicle before it even arrived at the dealership! Our daughter knew this was the car she wanted and it had all the options she was looking for, so we knew this was the one. We drove 3 hours (with a time change) to work with the Trevor and the Greg Hubler team! Trevor was fantastic to work with. He kept us posted the entire time as to the status of the arrival of our new car. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service

The service advisors are friendly and I feel they have my best interests in mind when they tell me what my car needs. They are helpful, honest, trustworthy, and straightforward. My car is eight years old with 110,000+ miles on it. It is well maintained mainly due to their recommendations. I will continue to give them my business.
