1. They wrote on my paperwork that the tires were rotated, they were not
2. They broke the stud on my wheel
3. Quoted me new front and back brake pads ($600+ total)
4. Didn’t wash my car (whatever, but I did pay for it!)
When I called to complain and say I wanted a refund of my other two oil changes because I had lost trust they tried to "make it right" by fixing the broken stud and my tire that had a slow leak in it..... more issues!
1. They put the wrong lug nuts on my tires (potentially VERY dangerous!) - Cost me $30 to get new correct lug nuts! When I called them on this, they told me … “As long as they fit, all lug nuts are the same”....total BS...are they even mechanics??
2. They didn't fix my leak although they wrote down that they did.
3. Broke the rear wheel stud although they said it was already broken (they were the last ones to touch it ….!)
On top of all of this, when I took my car to my normal mechanic, he assured me my brake pads were perfectly fine ... Nice try Hyundai!!
They did finally, after multiple phone calls, refund my other two oil changes but I am left wondering if they even did the one they charged me for …. AND I’m out for the new lug nuts! At least no one was injured because my tire rolled off while going 70mph!
NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS!
