I've been a customer for 40+ years because they do great work, are accommodating, and never try to gouge with bogus problems or excessive costs. At my recent routine service, they called me to ask if I wanted them to fix the tire pressure monitor that had stopped working in my Lexus. The Lexus dealer had told me it would cost $900 to replace the pressure sensors available through them, so I had been doing without them, but G&S just did the replacements for $132! They also didn't charge me for the routine inspections and tire rotation, and their fees for the oil and filter change were very reasonable. On top of that, they advised when to bring in my car so I'd have minimal wait time; I walked to a lunch spot nearby and walked back when they called -- no need to arrange a ride.
