The dealership said they did an inspection and that everything was in good condition.
Upon further inspection at Feist, James and the crew found that the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. They provided me a detailed write up with labeled pictures of the gouges in the rotors to show the dealership which helped immensely!
They ended up admitting the brakes should be changed and offered to replace them entirely, no cost.
