Nope never even mentioned the cabin filter when I came in to confront the situation. They talked about how people just drop their car off, pay and pick it up. I'm not the professional, they are, I should have been given an estimate cost of what the price was and I could say no, I don't want the engine filters. My mechanic German Auto in Norristown would never do that and their the best I've seen yet and honorable. Unfortunately, I had to wait until the 3 weeks to get in and my oil was already overdue. I blame myself for not asking the price, that is 100 percent my fault, but make no mistake, I believe you get the point of what I mean. They may very well be good mechanics, but their ethics are lacking credibility. I hope the 394 was worth it because I'll never go there again or would I recommend anyone to go there. I'm in the real estate business and talk to clients all the time. So, who really loses in a situation like this?? The expense to maintain a Porsche is high, but just be forthright and you would be surprised of the result.
