A great shop for high-end foreign vehicles
I brought my 2021 portion 911 Carrera S in for its service with a tuneup and oil change. Adrian got me set up for my service and loaner and Jacob, my technician, did a great job in providing a dealer quality service. Kenny the shop manager always treats me well and respects my vehicle as much as I do. I highly recommend!

Great service all around
Brought my 2021, 911 Carrera S in for evaluation for my rear tires. Adrian and Kenny and such a great job at evaluating the car and even check another issue I was having. Very trustworthy and professional team. They sent pictures of areas of concern, and used OEM parts to make sure that everything was up to spec and running well. I would highly recommend anyone to them.

Work completed, but unsatisfactory outcome.
Ok, I made an appointment to have my oil change and tires rotated from side to side because there different sizes front and back. I dropped the car off and marked on the envelope in the check boxes, the work that needed to be completed. Early that Tues morning, I received a text with a complete evaluation of the car and the recommendation they suggested. Now, I did not ask what the oil change cost or the tire rotation, but I assumed it would be about 200 to 250 for both. As I'm reading the recommendations, I notice that he has flush out transmission fluid drain because it said it was dirty. The light bulb immediately came on because I just had a new mechatronic unit installed in the car by Porsche 2 month ago and paid 7500 and they changed the fluids, so I know there is no way I checked change trani fluid. I say this because this very fact came up as In reading down the list to the tech and he thought it odd that I decline this service for the fluid. He said I checked the box on the night drop, which it was, but not by me, I made that clear. Who knows, they didn't do the work anyway, but it made me suspect and when I picked up my car I found out why. One of the other recommendations was the air filter. Now I thought they meant the cabin air filter. NO. They changed both engine air filters for $394.00. They then charged me 284 to change my oil and by the way, if I wanted to get "F" I would have taken it to Porsche who charges 250 for an oil change, but at least they give you a free loaner car.

Nope never even mentioned the cabin filter when I came in to confront the situation. They talked about how people just drop their car off, pay and pick it up. I'm not the professional, they are, I should have been given an estimate cost of what the price was and I could say no, I don't want the engine filters. My mechanic German Auto in Norristown would never do that and their the best I've seen yet and honorable. Unfortunately, I had to wait until the 3 weeks to get in and my oil was already overdue. I blame myself for not asking the price, that is 100 percent my fault, but make no mistake, I believe you get the point of what I mean. They may very well be good mechanics, but their ethics are lacking credibility. I hope the 394 was worth it because I'll never go there again or would I recommend anyone to go there. I'm in the real estate business and talk to clients all the time. So, who really loses in a situation like this?? The expense to maintain a Porsche is high, but just be forthright and you would be surprised of the result.

Used car check
I bought a 2014 audi allroad and wanted it gone through. I dealt with Ken and the communication was second to none and the link they send you going over the used car inspection was super detailed. Ken did not pressure me into fixing things that did not need to be fix just yet

Volvo Service
The check engine light came on with our Volvo XC90, Glennwood was able to diagnose and fix the complex issues. Both before and after the service they walked us through the issue and work needed. Very satisfied.

Great place to bring you foreign car!
Just wanted to thank the staff and particularly Kenny for the help with my BMW Z3. Kenny took time out of his busy day to help me with my air filter issue and resetting a service engine light. I didn't have an appt and he did it out of courtesy. No dealerships or garages that I know of do that for anyone. He has my future business.

Profiled from the door
I was profiled from the door. I wish I could give zero stars.

As soon as I walked in the gentleman had an attitude, he didn't even know what I needed to repair and he told me it would cost more than it is worth, then he states I don't work on anything older than 2005, assuming it was older... i told him it was a 2005 he rolled his eyes. Mind you there is an older first gen slk in the lot, an older Porsche Carrera and an older Jaguar that i parked next to...

Anyway I pressed on figuring id give him a chance, said he could take a look at it on Wednesday.

Wednesday comes and I get a text saying it cant be looked at till Monday... I had enough..

When I voiced my issue with the lady that works up front she stated I should of made an appointment...

I tried to make an appointment two weeks ago, I was very transparent that I would be away for a week or two, they recommended I bring it in when I return because they fix "everything" same day...

Shame how they conduct business there... when my wife brought my 750Li there a couple years ago they weren't like this... but then again she's not my complexion
