Despite a mess-up with having my parts on hand for my service, I had a good experience with Gladstone Mitsubishi. I sat at the dealership for 6 hours just to get my rear breaks done, because when I set the appointment I told them everything that needed to be replaced and the order was not put into the system. Joe the Sales Manager was great and always is, as well as his team who kept me company while it was slow. They also made sure I had a water at all times, which was very customer conscientious. I enjoy going there and will do business again.
