I've been a costumer for a few years now. Owning a German car it's hard to find a shop in trust to do work on my vehicles because of the price I need the best and most trusted. I have noticed some differences in service recently. Before I use to feel like I was dropping my car off to ppl who were passionate about what they do ( had a love for their profession ) the last time it felt like a fast food restaurant and im just a costumer buying a burger that came out of a microwave. The panamera came back leaking oil due to the drain plug that wasn't leaking before I brought it in and the cayenne headliner wasn't put back properly when I had them check for water leaking. They didn't put it back the way I dropped it off leaving the edges around the doors hanging. That really made me upset especially for what I paid for no conclusion or results for my issue. I'm not a complainer but I appreciate being treated as if I'm valued as a costumer because the only reason I come there is because I value the service that you have provided in the past. I'd normally give u a 10 but I'm gonna have to give u a 7 this time. Let's get back to the old ways. Thank u
