Great Service
I took my car here, not knowing what to expect, but I was really pleased with my overall experience, the staff was great and communicated daily with detailed explanations of what what wrong with my vehicle, they got me back on the road within a day. I’m definitely bringing my car back here from now on. Great job

Service is different
I've been a costumer for a few years now. Owning a German car it's hard to find a shop in trust to do work on my vehicles because of the price I need the best and most trusted. I have noticed some differences in service recently. Before I use to feel like I was dropping my car off to ppl who were passionate about what they do ( had a love for their profession ) the last time it felt like a fast food restaurant and im just a costumer buying a burger that came out of a microwave. The panamera came back leaking oil due to the drain plug that wasn't leaking before I brought it in and the cayenne headliner wasn't put back properly when I had them check for water leaking. They didn't put it back the way I dropped it off leaving the edges around the doors hanging. That really made me upset especially for what I paid for no conclusion or results for my issue. I'm not a complainer but I appreciate being treated as if I'm valued as a costumer because the only reason I come there is because I value the service that you have provided in the past. I'd normally give u a 10 but I'm gonna have to give u a 7 this time. Let's get back to the old ways. Thank u

Amazing experience
I had an amazing experience with German Star Motor! They fixed my car without any extra cost and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. Their team is professional, honest, and provides exceptional customer service. I can’t recommend them enough—100% satisfaction!

Before coming to German Star Motor, I had taken my car to Pep Boys, where it sat for ten days. They eventually called me without any apology to say they couldn’t work on my car. The difference in service quality was night and day. German Star Motor truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

A shop of professionals all around
First rate German repair shop - I have an older BMW Z4 and it has its quirks. It's so great to work with their professional service advisors, as well as the tech team doing the services. Had a major transmission problem that led to a replacement, they did a great job and worked to save me money where it could help without compromising the end result. Nice people on top of it!

Nice workers and great prices!
This was my first time here and besides great service I loved how thoroughly everything was inspected AND sent to me via a link with pictures/videos. It gave a great overview on what needs to be observed and what issues it had and why. Prices were very reasonable and lower than most shops I’ve been to and they were quick with everything too. Definitely going back in the future and thank you again for everything!

So happy to find a place that works on Saab automobiles in Sacramento
A year or so after we purchased our Saab 9-3 Aero, Saab went under. It was difficult to find a place nearby that was certified, so we had to drive an hour and a half to Walnut Creek. We found German Star Motors only a few miles away and took our car there for 60k maintenance and other things that needed to be addressed. We worked with Eugene and he kept us updated as several parts needed to be ordered. Making this short… they serviced the car at a very reasonable price and it hasn’t ridden this smooth since we bought it. It’s like a new car. Thanks!!!
