Very good! Highly recommend bringing a Subaru here!
Kniesels on X is a great shop! The staff is super friendly and they do their best to meet the estimated completion date. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here in the future is it’s needed!

Excellent service
The teamwork at this location was incredible. My initial service person called with an estimate promptly and when his next availability service date was incompatible with mine, he quickly switched it to Ryan who got me in sooner. From there he was very communicative about the process and timelines.

Kniesel’s provides great customer service!
Used Kniesel’s for a road hazard damage repair.

The service was excellent!

They were very knowledgable about the undercarriage damage, and did a very detailed thorough inspection and subsequent repair.

Car was road tested and the settings were all verified by Subaru-certified technicians.

Car was returned washed and like new.

Drives perfectly!

Terrible
My car back with more damage than it went in with and it was a new vehicle. They don’t do quality work and I’m still having them fix stuff they did. Their communication is non existent if any and they never return calls but tell you leave messages.

I understand the you feel that our communication did not meet your expectations, however during the process of the repairs my service writer was in contact with your husband and was giving updates as we were waiting on numerous back ordered parts that was beyond our control causing delays in the repairs.  From the start i am aware that you or your husband did not want the car repaired and wanted it totaled again unfortunately we do not make those decisions and it is up to the Insurance company to determine that.  We provided a quality repair on your car yes we had to make an adjustment on the door but overall the repairs were put back to pre loss condition.  You now have a noise in the Differential after driving the car that we could not have found during the repair process.  I have contacted the Insurance company and they have agreeed to have the differential replaced once you have it diagnosed at the dealer.  As to the chip in the Liftgate trim that you feel that we caused i have already repaired that for you at no cost.  i am sorry that you  feel the repairs were not satisfactory but i stand behind everything that we have done and provide you with a lifetime warranty.  If there is anything more that you have concerns over please feel free to reach out to me.  Thanks you.  Matt

Excellent repairs and quality service.
Once I got my car in for repairs all went well. My lovely Forester was nicely repaired. Jace was extremely knowledgeable and awesome in communicating with me the status of my vehicle.
