Get ripped off and smile!
I guarantee any repair to your car is going to be $1500 and over! I and then I learned after doing some research that the parts are easily replaceable for a quarter of the price! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! The worst part is they don’t call you to tell you what they found wrong with your car. You have to call them! Apparently, they don’t care about your time. So, you waste your day waiting and waiting and waiting, no call. The last time I went in for a problem the owner didn’t even greet me and the associate that took down my concerns with my car wasn’t even listening to me!!! I looked at the quote afterwards and they didn’t even put down what I was talking about! They act like they are honest and looking out for you but they are NOT!!!!! They charge 300% for the parts that you can easily buy and replace in your driveway! I’ve lost thousands to this place for being gullible and trusting. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!!!! You will get ripped off and feel good about it! If you don’t believe me, see for yourself and do some research on simple repairs online. Save your hard earned money and NEVER go here! Disgusting!

From despair to elation!
Local dealership wanted to do a lot of repairs in what I believe was an attempt to get me to just buy a new car. Checked with German Drive and they found the source of the issue, repaired it for 1/4 of the quoted price for the dealership and now I'm happily vacationing 1200 miles away after driving said car and getting excellent mileage! Went from thinking I'd have to figure out how to buy a new car to getting to keep my beauty (Benz GL550 with over 150k miles).

I will make this short and sweet .Marty and his wife are two outstanding people who really care about there customers and their car . I would recommend German Drive to my Grandmother and I love my grandmother . If youre tired of getting ripped off by the dealership I recommend giving them a try . I did now I'm a customer for life

Ugh!
I took my car in because check engine light came on. Told me I needed valve cover gaskets and a bunch of other stuff. Paid over $3K and when I took it home it leaked like everywhere! I took it back. They asked to keep an extra day to “make sure everything was perfect”, on my way home the check engine light came back on! !!! AND it kept leaking oil!!!
I took back again and the found that the dipstick valve/ gasket was bad and replaced it. Now I have 2 huge oil stains which I can’t get out of my garage or driveway! My car was ultimately fixed but a huge pain in the ass and permanent oil stains. I have had this car for 12 years and it never leaked before they worked on it. I drive a 2006 CLS 500

Dont take your car. You will regret it.
**GUS DOESNT OWN THIS PLACE ANYMORE. THE NEW MANAGEMENT WILL LIE under his name. I took my 2014 Audi R8 to get it fixed and they confidently told me that they would be able to fix it with no problem. This is a 130K car and they were suppose to replace the radiator. They replaced the radiator and didn't put back the radiator fan covers ($500). When they jacked up the car to look at it, they broke both the side panels. The owner said that they would take care of it so i dropped off my car and went home. After couple of days they called me back telling me that it was fixed. I went to pick it up and they didn't fix anything and you can still see the broken cracks on the side panels. Long story short, taking my car to the people i trusted cost me over 1K in damages. So if you have an expensive car like Audi,Mercedes or BMW please be careful as they will probably damage and not handle with care.

2nd time, still very satisfied.
I have a 1988 Mercedes 560 SEL that most shops want nothing to do with, because it doesn't have the modern obd2 computer that tells the techs what's wrong. Gus is old school, he still knows how to figure things out for himself. I had a couple bad vacuum leaks that I couldn't figure out myself, but German Drive got it running really well. I enjoy driving it now that I'm not worried about stalling out or annoyed by the rough idle.

My only criticism is that they are a little optimistic when it comes to telling me when the vehicle will be ready. In the future, I'm going to assume that they'll have it for a week, no matter what they tell me hopefully at the time.

No issues - seemed reasonably priced. Jackie was kind and helpful and they fixed my brakes and performed annual service without issue.

Tim said the staff know what they are doing, they find the problem, they figure it out and they fix it quickly. He stated that they don't charge much, pricing is on point and actually are below average. He added that he drives 5-1/2 hours just to go to the business.

Honesty. They are straight with you on the repairs needed and the price.
I had a chirping/rattling noise in the engine compartment. German Drive was quick in identifying what the noise was and what caused it. No smoke and mirrors, just the truth. The repair price was right and the work was done quickly and my care was back with me. Because of their fast service, I saved $135.00 on a Rental Car.
