Bad service and communication
Very bad experience with this shop. Charged for repairs that were mediocre, very poor communication regarding pick up. Management doesn’t really care, little chance for change in my opinion

Alright
Well the new transmission works well.. I’m just wondering why they broke my hood and tried to say it was broke when it came in (it definitely %100 was perfectly fine) and looked at me like I’m some liar when I take my word very seriously! I feel like someone broke it then they tried to sell me a $60 part for it... typical buisness people Tryna get one over on me...also they ordered new parts for my broken mirror which they said would be the same type an color mirror but when I got it it’s cracked and full of spider webs and dusty and not the same color as my car lol! And they didn’t explain this was not refundable for my money and Ide have to keep these shitty parts. So I feel like I got played a little here but hey I got a running car so whatever thanks for that I guess but not thanks for treating me like a liar and like I’m stupid.
