HORRIBLE service! I’ve been trying for three weeks to set up a service appointment, I’d either like to get a loaner car or valet service. I’m now on my third week waiting for a call back. Out of complete frustration, I will take my car in and wait to have it serviced. I’ve owned a Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, and I’ve never had issues with any of the other luxury cars. SHAME ON YOU GENIUS FOR NOT GETTING YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Very unhappy customer!
