Ridiculous wait time for appointment, no loaner car available for 3 weeks, then another 3 weeks to even get to the actual work needed. Meanwhile its 104 degrees everyday with no AC!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional, unconcerned, rude and incompetent! I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer again although I love my GV80!
