I totally love my Genesis and hope to buy another one. But I have serious concerns since Jaylene from the service department hung up on me. She insisted that my Genesis did not qualify for valet service although I have never paid for it in the past. More importantly, what kind of customer service will a Genesis owner receive when a service rep hangs up on them? I am still waiting for a return call from a manager to explain Jaylene's behavior to me. Does the dealership only care about selling cars and not about the treatment customers receive once they have bought those cars?
