Brought a Genesis GV80 a year ago, and customer service is worse than terrible. Not truthful in sales promises, unresponsive, deceitful, and generally frustrating. Verbal promises from the sales team have never been kept, letters to management never answered, and multiple emails and phone calls unheeded.
