Excellent in dealing with the dealership; less than satisfactory in dealing with Genesis
The dealership folks are excellent, caring and truthful. I encountered an unfortunate situation in dealing with Genesis on a recall matter. Genesis sent me to another dealer claiming the other dealer had the part to fix the recall. They did not. The alternate dealership (Meriden Genesis) was courteous and truthful but they, too, did not have the needed part after my wife and I were assured they did.
Wasted a whole morning (several hours) due to misinformation provided by Genesis. My regular dealership finally contacted me regarding the recall part and were superb in accommodating my schedule.
