Four service calls on Genesis g80 electrified. Took four try's to diagnose a serious safety issue. Would not get towed to take in first time from Genesis Emergency Roadside service when dead. Called again and towed in. Said no defect. We smelled burning. Towed in third time. Said found nothing. We smelled burning and trunk hot to touch. Towed in fourth time. Now they said accelerator issue and 12 v burning at over 166 F. Sent back with trunk smelling burning. Says a lot of this service department and this car manufacturer. I will stay away from Genesis.
