I was really pleased Customer service was Awesome. I really was impressed at the patience and quality of knowledge I was given about all the different models that Genesis had to offer. Four try’s on serious safety issue
Four service calls on Genesis g80 electrified. Took four try's to diagnose a serious safety issue. Would not get towed to take in first time from Genesis Emergency Roadside service when dead. Called again and towed in. Said no defect. We smelled burning. Towed in third time. Said found nothing. We smelled burning and trunk hot to touch. Towed in fourth time. Now they said accelerator issue and 12 v burning at over 166 F. Sent back with trunk smelling burning. Says a lot of this service department and this car manufacturer. I will stay away from Genesis.

Bad service department
This dealer treats customer worse than other luxury car dealers. I owned BMW, Acura, and Lexus before. Car dealers of these other luxury models cleaned my cars inside and outside when I brought the cars in for service. This Genesis dealer does not clean your car when they service the vehicle. I have brought in the car twice for service, and my car was not cleaned. I don't know whether Genesis is worse than other luxury brand in terms of service, or this dealer is bad.

All Great Until Follow Up
Sales process was fine, financing was typically awful and made more awful by the finance guy who declared he would minimize talking to minimize the risk of COVID transmission and proceeded to stuff the contract with optionals that he couldn’t verbally point out…due to COVID. After sakes process was abysmal wherein sales guy did not return calls about the contract, nor did he follow through on provision of certain items promised during sales process.

My attitude before coming in and wasting my time.
I have not purchased a car at this dealer as of yet. These reviews are very helpful to me, simply: because I have never allowed what looks like a scam or a reversal maneuver, in what was origianlly discussed, or promised.

I do not like dealing with FINANCE PEOPLE; they are only there for one reason; and that is to get you to purchase unnecessay contracts, services, parts, etc. These are among the most unethical people in any business enterprises.

loan or lease option
they run our credit without our permission. we didnt come into a good price for the genesis gv70 2022. never show us the invoice price of the car we want.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
No loaner car for Genesis Concierge Service for more than a month and multiple promises broken to call me back. Also can't even stick on a bumper protector in the right place or without bubbles. They scratched paint when washing the new car I just bought.

Do not go to this dealer
Leased a new Genesis through them more than a month ago, but never received information on how to pay for the lease. The dealer just called and wanted us to go in to sign a new contract!! They refused to send this request through email or US mail. They said that if we don't go in to sign the new contract immediately, they will cancel the lease. I think that they will use the excuse that we did not pay the lease and to hold our down payment when they cancel the lease. Already complaint to Genesis, and I will update on how Genesis handle this situation.
