This dealer treats customer worse than other luxury car dealers. I owned BMW, Acura, and Lexus before. Car dealers of these other luxury models cleaned my cars inside and outside when I brought the cars in for service. This Genesis dealer does not clean your car when they service the vehicle. I have brought in the car twice for service, and my car was not cleaned. I don't know whether Genesis is worse than other luxury brand in terms of service, or this dealer is bad.
