The worst service manager Ida and worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had issues with my Genesis since December and taken it in two times now and both times they tell me nothing is wrong with it. Well it has been hesitant to start on multiple occasions and I feel a new car shouldn’t have this issue. They can’t figure it out and have been nothing but rude trying to help resolve the problem. After two attempts with the car being in the shop I decided to take it out and filed a complaint with customer care and they will be dealing with the issue now. I will be taking the car elsewhere to figure the problem out. No one should ever go deal with the people who work at this dealership.
