I left Lexus for Genesis in part for the car, GV70, which I love, but also for the warranty and valet service. The service department is an abomination since I bought the car in 2021. You can never get anyone on the phone or to get them to return a call. I have to call Connected Services ( a third party) to call on my behalf in order to get a response ( more than once). I can't be the first to complain and they have had plenty of time to improve. This is a premium car with low low budget service. There is no point in having premium service if you can't access it. I have talked to managers, I responded in surveys and nothing changes. NOTHING! I got my last car service out of state at Genesis of Bowie in Maryland and I was finally reminded why I bought a Genesis.
