My service at Genesis of Bowie has been unsatisfactory due to the manner in which they assist the customers who come in for service opposed to the ones on the telephone. I have waited over 10 minutes while they address persons on the phone. I made and appointment for service; but was asked to return in 2 days for service, which was not acceptable; therefore, I was given a Lyft ride home.
