On multiple occasions after purchasing my 2026 GV 70 I have tried to email, text and call my service rep. Nicholas Vergilio while also cc Sales manager Jimmy Othmer to ask questions about the vehicle and most recently to inquire about the software recall notice I have received. I have yet to get a response. There is no excuse for this lack of professionalism or follow up. I love my vehicle but would sincerely caution anyone doing business with this disreputable dealership! Just too frustrating feeling like after the sale you do not matter.
