It's a Hyundai Dealership with Hyundai Quality Service
This dealership is horrible to deal with. I've had a service appointment with valet service scheduled for weeks. I've also received several emails and text messages confirming my appointment and also confirming valet service.
They missed today's 8:00 a.m. appointment so I called at 9:00 a.m. only to be informed that they do not offer valet service despite the fact that they sent confirming emails, text messages and did so for our previous service. They were unapologetic and basically told me that I could bring my vehicle in for service.
Dealing with a Hyundai dealership is the biggest flaw of owning a Genesis. It's a great car but the service is extremely lacking.
Genesis of Apache Junction's website is currently advertising that they offer pick up service and Genesis USA is still also touting their 3 year valet service.
