While I know that the delay in getting my car repaired had nothing to do with Garber, it was expensive and frustrating going through the repair process. The staff was polite, did their best to keep me informed and seemed to empathize with my situation (Denise Hill in particular). Eventually I got a loaner during the last seven or so days before my car was ready.
