We appreciate you sharing your experience with us, even if it didn't hit the mark. That said, there are a few things I would like to identify and respond to. Your insurance company wrote to replace USED and AFTERMARKET parts to be replaced on your vehicle. We purchased all new original factory parts and took a finacial loss as those parts are more expensive but, it makes for a better repair of your vehicle. A minor supplement estimate for items that your insurance company missed was requested which added a few additional days of handling on behalf of your insurance company. The total business repair days with supplemental handling was right on target. Finally, we provided you a free loaner car while your repairs were completed which we have no obligation to do. We absolutly did the right thing for you and your vehicle. We apreciate your business very much and hope after reading this you will reconsider writing a new survey.
