I tried to contact you this morning because I need an invoice from you in order for my insurance to send me a check to me to be able to order my glass and the installation on my Ionic 5 2022 The VIN number on my car is KM8KNDAF2NU108068 =) the FRONT DRIVER SIDE WINDOW is cracked and needs to be replaced by a new one and installed. My insurance, State Farm, has told me to give you a call and ask you to email me the total invoice + tax and service for the Glass and the installation. State farm will issue me a check and then I will be able to go to your office and order the part with you.
This cannot be so difficult, I have tried to contact you but really the girl who has answering the phone seems that she does not like her job and she is not willing to help.
