Unorganized and unprofessional
I have owned 4 Hyundai's that I have had serviced in different areas throughout the country since 1998. Most of my experiences have been better than one would expect, except for Franklin Sussex.

Despite and appointment made more than a week ago, Franklin Sussex Hyundai would not service my car unless I went back out to my car and gave them my VIN number. I guess that they could not copy that down when they were going to work on it.

I have been thinking about trading my 2017 for a new Elantra but I do know that I will definitely not be looking up at Franklin Sussex Hyundai, where I had purchased one before.
