Dissatisfied. Very poor communication. Over priced, very lacking in quality and integrity. We had a small dent in our rear door and quarter panel. They said "no problem we do the best work in town". I should have known better. I asked them to repaint my hood as well as take care of a little scratch since they would be painting part of my car anyway, spruce it up. Mind you I bought this cadillac escalade esv platinum for my wife. In there original quote for the hood paint they added 6 scans at $65 a piece and wanted to charge me $300+ for a little chrome stip that sits above the grill. I got a complet new grill for less. I also called my buddies that work at Mccurley and asked them what that piece cost and yep they were trying to rip me off. Frustrated, I finally got the thing back after just over a mouth. I immediately found runs ad drips on the freshly painted hood and honestly the quarter and the door are full on orange peal in a black that just doesn't match. Two days later my wife went to the store, opened the rear hatch by remote and the door fell on her head. These guys suck, do not take your worst enemies car hear let alone something you car about. They said they'd call the following Monday to fix the runs drips and orange peal. That was jan. It's now February & no call.
