'Trunk' door [with accompanying electronics]; bumper; side panel were damaged in a rear end collision with a truck. Having the vehicle checked & scheduled for repairs was a smooth process. Staff communicated well, for the most part, and were helpful in dealing with insurance company & rental agency. The repairs & new paint have restored the car to its pre-accident state. Back hatch works properly. Just waiting for a new Subaru emblem to arrive. What a relief!

antenna into a partially open garage-door (funny how that happens...)

Their work was good, even beautiful. It was done promptly in spite of the insurance delays. They kept up the line of communication on the progress of their work faithfully.
Frank and Sons scheduled our car repair and kept the date. At moment of drop-off they already had all parts and were ready to start repairs. They gave us an estimated time frame for repairs and they kept the date as close as possible, even when there was a long weekend holiday in between. When we went to pick up our car, it not only looked brand new as nothing ever happened to it but it was detailed clean inside and out, and the eyesight feature had been recalibrated as needed. They gave us a detailed summary of what they have done and even spare parts that were not used in the repair. Our experience with them is always the best, we recommend them to everybody we know.
I have had the pleasure of taking my car to Frank and Sons on two different occasions and both times were a great experience. They done FABULOUS work and the service is outstanding. 10 out of 10!
