Very happy with the car and the customer service. There is some mix-up of information about tax credits for Plug-in and EV cars online but the staff spent all necessary time until every detail was clear. They were patient and transparent clarifying my questions.
Also, Chris did a great job explaining all details about the car and was attentive and went one step further with a great customer service before and after my purchase.
I would recommend to anyone if they want great customer service for a great car.

PHEV and federal tax credit
I am leasing a Tucson PHEV. Before closing the contract I asked several times about the Federal Tax Credit, since the car qualifies up to $6,500 and this was one of the reasons to get the car. Every time I asked I was told I would get the Federal Tax Credit when filling my taxes next year. Now I am learning this is NOT TRUE.
