Mistake on options
After a few phone calls from my wife and I, my wife getting told “I don’t know”.I drove back to the dealer. The sales manager and the salesman were quick to solve the problem and got my wife and I into a different car with the option we were told were in first palisade.

Good, small scale dealership
These guys really took care of me and made the whole car buying process pretty straightforward and easy. Both the sales rep I dealt with and the manager were very nice. They were not pushy with add ons and were very thorough in explaining them. The only thing I do not like is the markup from msrp. I get that's the time we live in but it still comes off as preying on people. Other than that, it is a great dealership and I would purchase a car from here again.

Great customer service for a great car
Very happy with the car and the customer service. There is some mix-up of information about tax credits for Plug-in and EV cars online but the staff spent all necessary time until every detail was clear. They were patient and transparent clarifying my questions.

Also, Chris did a great job explaining all details about the car and was attentive and went one step further with a great customer service before and after my purchase.

I would recommend to anyone if they want great customer service for a great car.

PHEV and federal tax credit
I am leasing a Tucson PHEV. Before closing the contract I asked several times about the Federal Tax Credit, since the car qualifies up to $6,500 and this was one of the reasons to get the car. Every time I asked I was told I would get the Federal Tax Credit when filling my taxes next year. Now I am learning this is NOT TRUE.

Over MSRP and undervalue my trade
This dealership advertised the car I bought on their website for 51k when I got to the dealership to buy the car they told me oh by the way the car has a 5 grand mark up. They also gave me $20500 for trade which they told me that's as high as they can go. Later the next following week they listed my trade in for $29500 on their website. I also bought tint and paint protection which they told me someone would call me to setup. After 2 weeks no one called I called them and got my appointment setup 2 weeks from now. Some of the people I delt with were nice but not willing to help on price of anything. I will never set foot in this dealership again. I also felt like they took advantage of me with the extended warranty which I clearly don't need since Hyundai has an 8-year hundred thousand mile warranty which was not made clear to me in the finance office whatsoever very disappointed in my experience

Eefective and efficient, low key. Pleasant.
Overall, I would characterize my experience in purchasing a new Kona from Foundation Boulder as pleasant. Friendly, knowledgeable, low key salesperson (Tiernan). No aggressive, ‘shady’ salespeople as one might (stereotypically) expect at a car dealership. My experience was above and beyond my expectations.
