I had a low pressure warning on the driver side rear tire and took my car to Flex Auto. They found a nail about 1 inch into the tread and said it was too close to the sidewall to plug. They asked me to leave the car overnight and they would order and instll a new tire the next day. We called later the next day to see if it was ready and they said it was and they had called multiple times. However we were home and they never left a message. When I picked the car up they said they replaced the pressure sensor which was working fine when I dropped the car off. Then they claimed they balanced all four tires and realigned the front end which I had not approved or was needed. Bottom line they charged $2497 and replaced the existing Michelin tire with a lower quality Dunlop tire. Manager is a liar and thief. Avoid at all costs.
