Never go there
Please read this before you take your car to this body shop. This is what they did to make me unhappy. 1- At first they were supposed to inspect the car after my accident, they just showed me the observable damages. They did not check the dashboard or anything beneath the car. 2- Initially they said the job was going to be done in 2 weeks, then they extended it to 3 weeks and then to 4 weeks. 3-Meanwhile they lied to me by saying everything is fixed we are just waiting for the muffler to arrive. When I visited the body shop I noticed they had not fixed anything. 4- They waited so long that my insurance rental car allowance expired and this way they forced me to accept installing the damaged muffler. I had no choice because they told me we cannot predict when the new muffler would arrive, and so I had to pay for the rental car for months of waiting. 5- On the day of checking out I noticed the airbag light was on I asked them why they didn't fix it. First, they said we don't have the equipment to diagnose the airbag sensor and then they changed their position and said this is not related to the accident and refused to fix it. I had to go to Lexus dealer to fix the problem and they told me it was related to the accident. 6- When I took the car home I noticed the back door window opener was not working. I went back to the shop and they refused to fix it saying it is not related to the accident. 7- After they fixed my car I felt there is an extreme wave of hot air coming out from beneath my car I have no idea what they did in installing the muffler but I'm scared to go there and ask before they said we'll call the police if you show up here. This is their customer service.
