Super helpful staff
Called in for suspension issues and they managed to get my car in the shop at the earliest date that worked for me despite short notice. The issue was quickly found and fixed, and after further inspection they found additional problems with my vehicle. I was notified right away and they were extremely helpful in fitting my budget, they made sure everything was done perfectly before I came to pick it up and I was back on the road within a day of hearing from them about the issue.

Mike Tucci and Five Star
Mike and his Five Star team worked on my SUV both times I brought it in with a check engine light on to diagnose and solve the problems. He stated I could bring my SUV back in if the light came back on, and his staff would look into it further.

Mike Tucci and Five Star are fantastic
I went in to have new remotes programmed to our car.
Mike Tucci asked if I wanted them to swap to our winter tires. I didn't have time to wait, so they gave me a ride to a, which I had sitting in the back, so I had them do that too. They gave me a ride to and from work so I didn't have to wait for my car. If I had waited for the tires like I'd planned, I would have had an accident last night when someone ran a red light and nearly T-boned me, which I avoided by a couple of feet due to having the winter tires on instead. Thank you Mike!
