Charged double to replace my alternator; I was in from out of town, couldn't be without a car, they charged $480 for the part and $250 for the labor. Other shops estimated $300 for the whole job. Shop declined to address my concern, Service manager failed to address my concern. I'm filing complaints with TxAttyGen and BBB, and you should, too.
