I stated that overall it was great, just a little lacking in ong-going communication.
The quality of work was great, drop off and pick up was great. The experience would of been better if I was kept up to date on what could not be repaired and that a trunk had to be ordered. I did not get a rental car because it was stated it would only take a week, without some timely communication in the second week I was getting concern that I might need a rental by the end of the week. Overall the time required for the repair was acceptable just need some updates without me making calls. Thanks. Rod.
