slow repairs, sparse communication
I hit a deer and had to take my car in for repairs. Their 'banking hours' are inconvenient and it took a month for the repairs to be complete. I didn't get any updates unless I asked for them. Upon getting the car back, I realized the driver-side window buttons aren't functional and now I have to take time off work again to bring it back. Pretty mid experience

Bumper repair
Was disappointed how they took care of the little damage on the bumper I sent them, there was a little trim damage on one side and they couldn,t spend half hour extra to make it right.I thought that was poor judgement on his part. Even if it cost a little extra. Don,t you think it would be the right thing to do? I was a little disappointed, other than that it was a very nice job.

Excellent would use again
Was rear ended in January. Just got the Subaru Forester back in mid-April. Works looks very good but I have only have it for one day. Faulkner Collision - Carlisle is Subaru certified. That gives me great confidence in the repair process. I would definitely use them again.

Fast but average work
Just look over the car or truck to make sure no spots were missed and that head lights and tail lights look how they came

Body work ok.. alignment not ok
Everything looks good except for the wheel alignment not done correctly.. going back on 8/23 to try again. also have the overspray cleaned off of the windshield
