Job done quick, in 2 days, despite complications.
Our Chevy Express Cargo van, needed for work, began making a strange sound we first thought was a leaf caught in a vent, but grew worse. Another shop said they “didn’t hear anything.” We were soon stranded a mile from Family Auto, where we should have gone first. They called a tow truck. The tensioner pulley was the culprit, destroying two belts. This took considerable work, requiring removing the front assembly & air conditioner. Maybe that’s why the other shop didn’t “hear anything”. Yet the job was done in two days. Van’s running great. Good job, Family Auto!
