Excellent Service

Good service, but mechanics need to ensure the vehicles are clean
I like service provided, no complaints for for the work. What I would like is for the mechanics to wear gloves or ensure the vehicle is cleaned of smudges and grease spots. When I picked up my vehicle, there black smudges on the door handle and surrounding areas arond the driver side door frame. Inside the vehicle there black smudges driver arm rest and door level. The steering wheel was also dirty. On previous visit i experienced the dame and mentioned it to clerk at the checkin desk

I'm out of state and Traveling in Florida when my car broken down.
Ended up at Expert Car Care at 7052 Narcoossee Road in Orlando. I was greeted by Johanna at the front desk. She was polite, concerned and professional. She kept me updated on the repair progress and at completion. I was pleased with the repair and the people in the shop.

Smooth, fast and accurate service
I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and was told by the manager that the shop was full for the day. She advised that I stop in around 7:00am. That Thursday morning I returned and my vehicle was promptly placed in the shop. Louis was the tech that I described my problem with the headlights wiring. He assured me he would take care of it. Roughly an hour later my problem was solved! He also found a chirping sound under my dashboard on his test drive and he fixed that as well!! I am completely satisfied and relieved that my safety and comfort was returned to my Mazda CX-9.
I was also given a list of items that need my attention due to its age and mileage!
Finally, I found a competent and affordable service center!!

Oil change
I came in as a walk in and they took me in within 10 minutes. Very good customer service. The girl at the desk ( I forgot her name) was very friendly and pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner. 👍

Great customer service
The customer service was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I wish I had the names of everyone that I talked to that gave me a great experience as I was going through a tough time getting my car repaired. I needed a new motor in my car and it was fixed in a timely manner. Car runs great. Thank you!

Short of technicians
I waited an hour for my truck to be taken back for a oil change. There was no update concerning the delays. The staff were apologetic after an hour and a half at check out.

Brilliant!
As always, I had fabulous service at Expert Car Care on Narcoossee Rd. They do an amazing job, the car is literally running smoother and the people that work there are patient, friendly and really care for their customers. Best car care service I’ve had in this country and I’ve been here for 24 years!
