I was concerned about an issue with my bumper on my 10 year old Lexus, as it had a slight gap where it attaches. It had been replaced after body work a couple years back. Eric worked me into their schedule within a day, popped it off and confirmed that the bumper was quite secure. It only took 1/2 an hour and put my mind at ease.
