If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Cedric had my Mercedes for over a year, he kept giving me excuses every time I tried to pick my vehicle up. I had to call the police and file a report to retrieve my vehicle. He didn’t fix my vehicle and it was in worst shape by the time he released my vehicle then when I dropped it off. This shop is a scam do not bring your car here.

My car set for several days and was not looked at, and they asked me the buy one day Junk Cars to replace my car. The owner does not remember nothing. He says it’s all bad no communication with the staff.

Outstanding Service at Elite European Motors

I have been taking my mercedes here for a few years. I have never had to visit a mercedes dealership for service. Cedric is very professional and prices are good. HE NEVER OVER-CHARGES. I have all my scheduled services done at Elite European Motors. I would highly recommend Cedric and his team! 5 star service. Also the waiting area is very clean, and the receptionist is nice and knowledgeable. I was able bring my laptop and work while waiting for my car. Again...5 star service.

More than EXCEEDED My Expections!!!!

Literally, Cedric brought my car (1998 c230) back to life! It was damaged during a tow (via a well-known tow company) and had been sitting AND unable to start since January 2019. Over 2 years later, my car is NOW starting and driving fine. Also, the staff associated with this business was always very courteous and respectful. I have already recommended this business to friends and family. I'm a very skeptical person from past experiences (especially when it involves automobiles). I thoroughly trust him with my vehicles. I now plan to have both cars serviced at ELITE EUROPEAN MOTORS by Cedric. If he moves, my cars follow him!
